Although temporary staffing may have its merits, most "permanent" recruiters are really little more than turnover-frought attachments to temporary operations. By specializing in permanent staffing, we deal only in premium-level, presently employed candidates that come to us based on referral.
Founded by Mark Bernstein - one of the youngest Division Directors in the history of one of the largest accounting and finance staffing firms in the world - Bernstein & Associates Staffing has all the expertise and knowledge of any large firm, but with 3 main differences:
We work almost exclusively off referrals – not armies of telemarketers barraging your business and affecting your productivity. We pick and choose our candidates and clients very carefully and provide full reference checks on every candidate. When you have a question about staffing – you need only call 1 person – your account executive – to get the answers you need.
We our firm believers that successful companies should give back to the communities that they are in. For this reason, we pledge 5% of any fee we collect to the local charity of YOUR choice.
Most permanent placement recruiters are simply
attachments to temp staffing firms. They
cannot provide you with ALL the candidates in the
marketplace, as they are forbidden to take
candidates employed at their temp clients.
They might have the perfect candidate for your job,
but they will not show it to you as their
priorities are elsewhere. These
conflicts do not exist at Bernstein & Associates.
